3 suspects indicted in Camden County after multi-county string of break-ins

CAMDEN COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — Three suspects were indicted on Monday in Camden County for charges related to a string of residential breaking and entering cases that happened across county lines.

The Camden County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post that the grand jury returned true bills of indictment for the three individuals.

Camden County officers worked with officers from Pasquotank County and Perquimans County to investigate the break-ins. They believe the same suspects committed similar crimes in their respective counties.

Earlier this month, the Pasquotank County Sheriff’s Office had identified four suspects involved in the multi-county investigation.
