2 teens charged for armed robberies of pizza delivery drivers

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Two teenagers from Hampton were arrested days after police said they were involved in two cases of pizza delivery drivers being robbed at gunpoint. 

The two robberies were reported 10 minutes apart on April 17 within a distance of about a mile. In both cases, the drivers reported being approached by two female suspects, one of whom was armed with a gun.

Two 16-year-old males were tracked down on April 20 after authorities found a reported stolen vehicle in the 300 block of Silver Isles Boulevard in Norfolk.

Police say it was discovered the two were in involved in the robberies from April 17. The teens were each charged with two counts of robbery, conspiracy to commit a felony, use of a firearm, and possession of stolen property.
