YORKTOWN, Va. (WAVY) — An 18-year-old and a juvenile suspect have been arrested in connection to a recent early morning shooting at Yorktown’s fishing pier.

John Arthur Walker IV, 18, of the 200 block of Misty Point in Newport News, and a 14-year-old juvenile from Newport News have both been charged with aggravated malicious wounding, robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Investigators arrested the juvenile on Wednesday, and Walker was taken into custody without incident on Thursday in Hampton.
