UPDATE: Police say Brandon Carter was found safe Tuesday night in Norfolk.


NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Investigators in Norfolk need the public’s help to find a missing 12-year-old boy with autism. 

They say Brandon Carter was last seen at a Wawa in the 900 block of E. Little Creek Road around 3:33 p.m. Tuesday wearing a white shirt with “Team Jesus” in green lettering. He was also wearing red and black shorts and white shoes. 

Those who’ve seen the boy are asked to call 911.
