NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Three adults and one child have been displaced in a house fire on Sinton Road in Newport News.
A tweet from the Newport News Fire Department said responding units found “smoke and fire conditions” at the house Monday morning. The tweet said a family pet is unaccounted for.
The fire department said in a news release firefighters were called to battle the blaze around 10:15 a.m.
The release said heavy smoke damage was found throughout the home.
