WINDSOR, N.C. (WAVY) — Three suspects are wanted after authorities say an elderly woman was held at gunpoint during a home invasion early this month.

The Bertie County Sheriff’s Office said multiple suspects went into a home on Tonys Lane in the Windsor area on Sept. 8, and took items from the home.

Three days later, deputies obtained warrants against Jarkeese Rascoe, Brittany Vanhorn, Salish Cooper and Marlin Smallwood.

Vanhorn and Rascoe are wanted for armed robbery, kidnapping, burglary, safecracking, larceny of a firearm, possession of firearm by a felon, larceny and other related charges, the sheriff’s office said.

The two are believed to be traveling together, and are considered armed and dangerous.

Cooper has been arrested on charges of armed robbery, kidnapping, burglary, safecracking, larceny of a firearm and larceny. She is being held at Bertie-Martin Regional Jail.
