PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Coastal VA Plein Air is happening this week in Ocean View. It’s a 3-day local art event with 21 local, regional and nationaly known artists taking their paints, brushes and canvas out into the public creating and selling art for a great cause.
