PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — We’re in the kitchen today with Chef J. Ponder and he brought some little friends to help whip up some healthy dishes and talk about his upcoming Kids Cooking Class. Today, they made Pesto Pasta and Vegan Pizza.
The class allows children to be a part of a fun while providing a worthwhile culinary experience! Each child will have the opportunity to learn and create a savory and sweet recipe that can then be used again. Recipes are different each week and are focused on cooking and eating healthy!
The kids cooking classes are for ages ages 4 to 13.
