In The Kitchen: Oysters, Tuna and Crab Cakes

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - We're in the kitchen today with Chef Michael Kellum from Berret's Seafood Restaurant and Taphouse Grill in Williamsburg. Michael made his November dinner special, Brown Sugar, Garlic-Seared Tuna Steak with a Crispy Crabcake, Creamy Rice, Fresh Asparagus and Course-Ground Mustard.

And since November is Virginia Oyster Month, long-time waterman and oyster expert Tommy Leggett, the owner of Chessie Seafood in Hayes, Virginia joined us and dropped some knowledge about local oysters.
