PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) –  Kyle Fowlkes executive chef from Cyprus Grille at Embassy Suites in Hampton is in the kitchen with us today! He is making a couple of dishes from his new fall menu. The first dish is Cocoa Chili-Crusted Lamb Chops with Acorn Squash Puree and Pomegranate Glaze. The second dish is Sweet Potato Pot de Creme with Bacon-Pecan Crumble and Bourbon Whipped Cream.
