PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – We had a first-time chef in our kitchen today and he crushed it! Sean Duffee from Dock of the Bay restaurants made Blackened Tuna tacos with romaine, pineapple mayo, and mango pico along with Shrimp and Scallop a la Vodka served over penne pasta.
