VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Blink-182 and Lil Wayne just announced a co-headliner tour this summer and one of their stops on the road will be at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater.

The unlikely pair, a rock band and a rapper, will launch their North American tour on June 27 in Ohio and make some stops before arriving in Virginia Beach on July 20.

They’ll also be making a stop in Northern Virginia on July 11. The band Neck Deep will be their opening act.

Tickets will go on sale this Friday, May 10. There are presale tickets available now, if you’re a Citi cardmember.

The ’90s/early ‘2000s icons posted a video announcement of tour, featuring a mash-up of their hit songs “What’s My Age Again?” and “A Milli.”

According to LiveNation’s website, neither of the acts have performed in Virginia Beach within the last six years.
