WAVY-TV & FOX43 Memorial Day Blood Drives

Honor your hero and be a hero by donating blood with WAVY-TV 10 & FOX43 Memorial Day weekend, May 24th through May 27th at area malls. While many families will commemorate this holiday with barbecues and family vacations, the need for blood never takes a holiday. By scheduling an appointment, donors can help ensure lifesaving blood is available for local hospital patients in critical need.

“Each year WAVY-TV 10 and Fox 43 help to amplify the constant need for blood donors in our communities,” said Bernadette Jay, external communications manager, Red Cross Mid-Atlantic Blood Services Region. “This blood drive spans the course of two decades and has helped to impact thousands of lives.”

All presenting donors will receive a Red Cross T-shirt and a $5 gift card via email, while supplies last! One blood donation can help save up to three lives. Be a hero to patients May 24-27 at the WAVY-TV 10 and FOX43 Memorial Day blood drives.
