VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — More than 120,000 people are expected to attend the Pungo Strawberry Festival this weekend.

Police said there will be several road closures in the southeastern part of the city, including parts of Princess Anne Road, Muddy Creek Road and Indian River Road.

The festival is free, but parking is $10 per vehicle.

Last year, people said it took more than an hour to get to the festival because of all the traffic.

The festival starts Friday and runs until Sunday night. Click here for a rundown of all the events.
