NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Twenty residents at the Grace Place Apartments have been allowed to move back into their building after a fire earlier in the month.
The fire sparked Oct. 3 in a third-floor apartment. Three people were rescued from the building and five people were transported to hospitals for evaluation.
All 43 residents were displaced by the fire. Nine residents allowed back in reside on the first floor, and 11 more residents reside on the second floor. The resident whose lives directly above the apartment where the fire started is not able to move back in at this time.
Those living on the third floor are still displaced.
The suspect entered Oriental Decor in the Lynnhaven Crossing Shopping Center around 1:50 p.m. on Dec. 6 and stole a sword valued at $300.
The FBI is asking for the public's help to identify the suspects responsible for a string of bank robberies in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.
One of two men accused of killing an off-duty Norfolk police officer in 2010 was denied bond Wednesday morning.
