VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY.com) - Police and rescue crews responded to the scene of a single vehicle accident in the 2300 block of Holland Road, near Kellam High School, in Virginia Beach Wednesday morning.
According to dispatch, a car flipped over in the area and is backing up traffic in both directions.
Both lanes of travel in the area had been closed due to the accident, but have since reopened.
No one was hurt.
