Exclusive update on serial murders

The family of the youngest victim in the "Colonial Parkway Murders" spoke exclusively with WAVY.com about their fresh hope for answers in the unsolved cases.  And, the Chief Medical Examiner finished re-examining evidence in half of the cases and is beginning work on the others.
