Woman hit by vehicle in Portsmouth
PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) -- Police are investigating after a female pedestrian was hit by a vehicle Friday night in Portsmouth, according to police.
The accident happened shortly before 8:54 p.m. at the 900 block of London Blvd.
Police say the woman was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene.
