HONG KONG (NBC/APTN) - Locals and tourists gathered around Hong Kong's Victoria Harbor Thursday to witness the arrival of a giant inflatable rubber duck.
The six-story-tall yellow rubber duck was pulled by a tugboat, slowly making its way across the harbor.
The rubber duck was created by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman and has been transported around the world since 2007.
The duck is intended to bring a message of peace and harmony to all.
It was previously seen in major cities around the world, such as Osaka, Sydney and Amsterdam.
The rubber duck is now stationed in an ocean terminal in the Tsim Sha Tsui district, where it will remain on display until June.
Norfolk Police are investigating the cause of death for male found unconscious on the beach.
Speaker Bill Howell will be in Chesapeake Monday to address the Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization.
It took fire crews about 10 minutes to get an electrical fire under control in Suffolk Sunday night.
