HATTERAS, N.C. (WAVY) - A possible waterspout was spotted over Hatteras Inlet in theOuter Banks of North Carolina Wednesday evening.
There was a tornado warning in that area, that expired at 5p.m.
Dare County Emergency Management said the waterspouts reportedon Hatteras Inlet did not come ashore and said there were noinjuries or property damage.
