CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. (AP) — The Marines are taking an interesting approach to the annual day when Americans take their children to their workplaces.
Camp Lejeune is holding a "Kids' Boot Camp" on Thursday in observance of this year's national "Take our Daughters and Sons to Work Day."
A statement from the base says activities will include a mini physical fitness test, obstacle course, camouflage face painting, military working dog demonstrations and equipment static displays.
