RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - A Hampton Roads congressman has released a government reportthat criticizes the Navy's decision-making behind the proposed moveof a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier from Norfolk to Florida.
The Government Accountability Office report was released Tuesdayby U.S. Rep. Glenn Nye. The GAO report states the Navy has notdetailed what went into its decision to move a carrier from NavalStation Norfolk to Mayport, Fla.
