PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Coast Guard crews rescued five individuals from a disabled vessel 12 miles off the coast of Cape Hatteras Wednesday.
According to a news release, the crew of the 54-foot fishing vessel Blue Fin contacted the Coast Guard at approximately 7 a.m. after their ship became disabled and adrift.
