RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Michael Vick has filed a revised bankruptcy plan that wouldrequire him to provide a court official detailed information on hisefforts to resume his NFL career.
The amended Chapter 11 reorganization plan was filed Mondayevening in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Newport News. A committeerepresenting Vick's creditors has endorsed the plan.
Vick is serving a 23-month federal prison term for bankrolling adogfighting conspiracy. He was suspended from the NFL but says inbankruptcy court papers he expects to resume his career after hisrelease.
However, creditors had complained that Vick provided no realassurance that he will be able to achieve that goal.
