VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A vehicle fire previously causing delays on Interstate 264 Thursday morning has been cleared.
The fire sparked in the westbound lanes just before Witchduck Road in Virginia Beach. Dispatchers told WAVY.com the call came in around 9:45 a.m.
There were no reported injuries. Troopers told WAVY.com a tire blowout caused the rim to catch fire.
