VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach Police launched an investigation after a man was found dead inside a business Sunday night.
Jackie Delice, 43, was found by emergency crews in business located in the 4600 block of Pembroke Lake Circle around 11 p.m. Sunday.
Grazia Moyers, spokeswoman for the Virginia Beach Police Department, said officers responded to a call for gunshots in the area. When they arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound, Moyers said.
One neighbor named Michelle told WAVY.com she's called police for trouble at the building before.
"I don't like it, but I knew something was going to eventually happen. I called the cops on that building a few times. There's people that come in and out, 2 to 3 o'clock in the morning. Mostly on Sundays. pounding on the door."
Delice's address is unknown at this time, and his cause of death has not been determined yet by the medical examiner's office.
Further details surrounding the shooting and the victim have not been released by police at this time, however, police say they have no suspects or leads.
