GLOUCESTER COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - Two people were cut up in a fight involving three men on Tuesdayat a restaurant in Gloucester County, according to the countysheriff's office.
Following the incident, Travis Moriah Hayes, 33, of Hayes Roadin Hayes, Va., was taken into custody Friday without incident. Hehas been charged for aggravated malicious wounding and two countsof misdemeanor assault and battery.
Police say they received the call just before midnight onTuesday to Cruisers Bar and Grille on the George WashingtonMemorial Highway.
Two of the three men were injured in the fight: one receivingstab wounds to his face and abdomen and the other received a cut tohis hand. They were both treated at the hospital for non-lifethreatening injuries and released.
The invesigation identified Hayes as the primary aggressor, aswell as the one who weilded a pocket knife and stabbed one of thevictims.
Hayes is being held at the Gloucester County Jail withoutbond.
