SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Two women surrendered themselves to the Suffolk Police Department in connection with an identity theft investigation.
Emily Matos, 18, and Mary Delaney, 19, turned themselves in Saturday, according to a news release from the City of Suffolk.
They were seen using a stolen credit card for purchases at various places in the City of Suffolk back in May.
Matos and Delaney are both charged with identity theft, credit card theft, credit card fraud, and conspiracy to commit a felony.
