SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A crash on Route 58 shut down one lane Friday afternoon. Tim Kelley with the Suffolk Police Department said it happened around 2:28 p.m. in the 1900 block of Route 58, also known as Holland Road.
Kelley said the accident involved a car and a tractor trailer.
One person was taken by ambulance to Sentara Obici Hospital, and their condition is unknown at this point.
Kelley said one lane was shut down because of a fuel leak, and while a tow truck arrived on the scene. The lanes have since reopened.
