SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - The man who was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Route 58Friday morning has been identified by Suffolk police.
Kent L. Rabb, 44, of Shepherd Street in Suffolk was drivingwestbound on 58, near Chesapeake, when he ran off the road and hita tree.
Rabb died at the scene, and the roads were reopened by about1:35 p.m.
The cause of the accident is still being investigated.
