SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - An accused hit-and-run driver pleaded guilty in a Suffolk court Thursday.

Boone pleaded guilty to a lesser misdemeanor charge. The judge said the court will hold off on accepting the plea bargain until a sentencing hearing in October.
