PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Part of Deep Creek Boulevard in Portsmouth will be closed next week. Deep Creek Boulevard will be closed to through traffic from Portsmouth Boulevard to Eliot Avenue from Sept. 30 to Oct. 4, according to the City of Portsmouth.
Detours will be in place.
The City said the temporary road closure will be in effect during storm drain and road repairs.
