PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - The organization "No Tolls Hampton Roads" held a sidewalk sale in downtown Portsmouth Saturday.
They raised money to help support their lawsuit. The group is fighting to block tolls on the downtown and midtown tunnels.
Back in May, a Portsmouth judge declared tolls on the midtown and downtown tunnels unconstitutional. That ruling is being challenged; Virginia's Supreme Court will hear the case next month.
