NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - The Norfolk Jazz Festival was moved indoors to Scope Arena on Sunday, July 21 due to the possibility of inclement weather.
Jazz lovers told us they didn't mind the move.
"The festival being moved indoors is great so people like me do not get wet. So the weather already is...I see clouds and hear thunder. It's a nice venue to have it here as opposed to outside and it's close by," said one festival-goer.
WAVY TV 10 sponsored this year's Jazz Festival. 10 On Your Side's Anita Blanton introduced Sunday's performers.
Norfolk Jazz Festival activities for Saturday continued as planned at Town Point Park.
