NORFOLK , Va. (WAVY) - A vehicle overturned following a crash along Terminal Boulevard in Norfolk Friday morning.
The crash occurred near Terminal Boulevard and Meredith Street before 7:30 a.m. Karen Parker-Chesson with the Norfolk Police Department told WAVY.com two vehicles were involved in the crash, and one vehicle flipped over on impact.
When WAVY News crews arrived on scene, they found the vehicle on its side and the right lane was blocked by police.
Parker-Chesson said the driver of the overturned vehicle was able to get out before officers arrived.
Police were on scene and crews were clearing the crash off the roadway. The scene cleared by 8:30 a.m.
No charges have been filed at this time.
