NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A brush fire caused delays for drivers Friday evening. The Virginia Department of Transportation reported a brush fire along Interstate 64 eastbound near Tidewater Drive.
Fire trucks responded just before 5 p.m., blocking the two inside lanes. The HOV lanes at Interstate 564 were opened top help ease traffic congestion, according to VDOT.
