NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A vehicle was found submerged in water in the Ocean View section of Norfolk Tuesday morning.
Chris Amos with the Norfolk Police Department said the Norfolk emergency communications center received a call at 12:50 a.m. of a car in the water in the 9500 block of 5th Bay Street.
Officers and the Norfolk dive team responded and found the car to be unoccupied.
At this time, the situation remains under investigation with updates pending this afternoon.
