VIRGINIA BEACH, Va (AP) - Loss prevention determined $3,800 worth of merchandise was stolen from a Virginia Beach Home Depot between April 2013 and June 2013.
Officials told WAVY.com the first suspect, Jocasta Adalia Rollins, was an employee who would charge less for the product than it was on sale for. The second suspect, Sherman Oneal Rollins, would then take the merchandise to an awaiting vehicle.
Jocasta Rollins was charged with felony embezzlement and Sherman Rollins was charged with grand larceny. Both have been released on bond.
There are no reports on what items were stolen.
