HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Hampton Police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating those responsible for killing a 19-year-old man early Saturday morning.
Sgt. Jason Price with the Hampton Police Division said officers were patrolling the 2000 block of Seldendale Drive when they heard shots fired just before 1:45 a.m. They then located Bartholomew Kyle Robinson of Hampton suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Price said Robinson was sitting inside a 2008 Dodge Caliber when he was shot and the circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation.
