HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - An undercover prostitution bust targeting hotels across the City of Hampton netted eight arrests.
Officers with the Special Investigations Unit conducted the operation between March 28 and March 30.
On the first day of the operation, Raquel Brady, of Hampton, was arrested and charged with one count solicitation of prostitution and one count possession of cocaine. Brittany Thomas, also of Hampton, was released on a summons for one count solicitation of prostitution. And Christina Jones, with a last known address in Arizona, was released on a summons for one count of solicitation of prostitution and one count possession of marijuana.
The following day, officers made an additional three arrests. Jose Pardo, of Norfolk, Breon Robinson, of Newport News, and Andrew Nhu, with a last known address in California, were all released on a summons for solicitation of prostitution.
On March 30, Kevin Michael Cox, of Hampton, and Derek Ryan, of York County, were released on summonses for solicitation of prostitution.
Norfolk Police are investigating the cause of death for male found unconscious on the beach.
