ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - Within a matter of nine days, officials say 19 abandoned structures have been set aflame in Accomack County.
Virginia State Police say an abandoned building was on set on fire Thursday evening just before 9 p.m. in Melfa on Beacon Road, very close to a previous fire.
No one has been injured in the fires and they have all involved abandoned structures.

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered as incentive.
Camden County Sheriff Tony Perry said that during the last two weeks, incidents of breaking and entering and home or vehicle larceny have increased in two areas of the county.
