CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - A man died in an early morning shooting in the South Norfolk section of Chesapeake Saturday.
A Chesapeake Police spokeswoman said officers arrived to the 2000 block of Chesapeake Drive around 5:51 a.m. to find the man shot inside an apartment. Medics took him to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.
Police identified the victim as 31-year-old Terrance Moore of Norfolk.
Police seek Antoine Lorenzo Bowden, 27, who goes by the nickname "Smurf," in connection with the homicide.
