GLOUCESTER, Va. (WAVY) - A car drove into a Gloucester McDonald's restaurant Thursday morning.
Trooper Austin Pittman with Virginia State Police said around 9 a.m. a driver in the McDonald's parking lot on George Washington Memorial Highway thought she was pressing her brake pedal when she pressed the accelerator instead.
Her car collided with the fast-food building, but no one was injured.
No charges were made against the elderly female driver.
