SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A three-car accident blocked traffic Wednesday morning inSuffolk, on Route 58 at Bob Fuller Drive near the entrance to theSPSA Landfill, according to Suffolk police.
The accident occurred at approximately 8:14 a.m., and involved aFord pick-up truck, a Kia Sedan and a Chevy flatbed truck. RaymondHaywood, 73, of Newport News, and the driver of the Ford, has beencharged with reckless failure to yield right of way.
Rose Anne Heitzenrater of Virginia Beach was injured in theaccident. She was brought to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital withnon life-threatening injuries.
