VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A web viewer was able to identify a man officers say stole several cell phones from a mall kiosk after seeing his picture on a media website.
Jimmy Barnes with the Virginia Beach Police Department said the viewer identified the suspect as Craig Scott Spruill, 24. Spruill is facing charges of grand larceny and conspiracy in connection to a theft at Lynnhaven Mall.
Police say Spruill and an unknown female suspect stole cell phones from a kiosk.
The female suspect is described as a black female standing 5'7" to 5'9" weighing about 150 pounds. She has gold teeth.
Anyone with information as to Spruill's whereabouts or the possible identity of the female suspect is asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
