Virginia Beach Police need help identifying and locating a man who tried to use a stolen bank card in May.
On May 16, the victim's purse was stolen from her vehicle in the 100 block of 58th Street around noon, Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department said. The victim said the vehicle was locked at a rear window was slightly cracked.
The purse was reportedly covered with a shirt.
The suspect was caught on camera trying to use the victim's bank card later that day.
