VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A Virginia Beach man will be sentenced in June for his role in a theater scare incident in which he and an accomplice ran through a theater with masks on.
Blake Newton pled guilty last month to wearing masks in public, a class 6 felony, as well as disorderly conduct for causing panic in a theater, a misdemeanor.
