VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach Police have charged a man in connection to a stabbing at a restaurant Saturday.
Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department said two male victims and a suspect, identified as Billy O'Neil Seabright, became involved in a physical altercation at Kelly's Tavern located at 2131 General Booth Blvd.
All three were asked to leave the restaurant, where the fight resumed outside. Police say Seabright pulled out a knife and stabbed one of the victims. He was transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injury. Moyers said the other victim was not injured.
Seabright, 21, of Virginia Beach was arrested and charged with malicious assault. He is being held at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center.
