GLOUCESTER, Va. (WAVY) - A man was arrested and charged in Gloucester Friday evening for robbing a bank and threatening to use explosives.
The Gloucester County Sheriff's Office said deputies arrested 28-year-old Daniel Michael Weaver around 5 p.m. for robbing a Sun Trust Bank on Thursday. They say he was also charged for threatening to use explosives during the robbery.
Weaver is being held at the Gloucester County Jail without bond. He is a resident of King and Queen County, Va.
