ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - Tonya Bundick, one of the two suspects police say set a majority of fires on the Eastern Shore, was denied bond in court Monday.
State Poilce say Bundick, 38, and her fiance, Charles Smith, III, 40, are responsible for setting 77 of the fires in Accomack County from November 2012 through April 2013.
The two have so far only been charged for setting an abandoned structure on fire in Melfa right before their arrest.
They're both due back in court in June.
